WorkflowMax by Xero was retired on 26 June 2024. Xero announced the decision on 22 March 2023 and left the choice of replacement to customers. It pointed to WorkflowMax by BlueRock, a new product under the old name, or another app from the Xero App Store.
Your options
- WorkflowMax by BlueRock. The closest match if you relied on WorkflowMax's job management, quoting and workflow. It's a separate product, not a migration of the old one.
- Xero Projects. Already inside Xero, with quotes, tasks, time, costs and invoicing per project. It's lighter than WorkflowMax, and it's only on the Ultimate plan in AU, NZ and the UK. Check your plan →
- A standalone tracker such as Toggl Track or Harvest, if you're happy keeping time outside Xero.
